The art and science of "ease of use" or web
usability is a hot topic these days. A recent study
by Shelley Taylor & Associates shows a company's presence alone
on the web is no longer acceptable. It must provide clear navigation,
ease of use, and customer retention.
My expertise includes years of design in the print-to-press
industry, preliminary work in a Human Factors Masters from San Jose
State University, CA, and several completion of several couses of Usability
Testing over the last year.
I have written and conducted web usability tests with
focus groups for Collecnex, Inc. in St. Louis, Manage Your Mortgage,
and Provider Aviation Services, Inc.
